C2C Website Privacy Policy

This notice informs you how we appropriately use and securely handle the personal information you share with us so that we may partner in ministry. 

Typically, the information we collect is your name, email address and the name of your church or ministry organisation.  We use this to:

  • Answer any email enquires you make through our website.
  • Register you for a course we are running on our Moodle learning management system.  There is a more detailed privacy policy that you will be asked to accept when accessing this Moodle platform.
  • Send you emails through our newsletter with information that you have expressed an interest in.  If you sign up for our newsletter then email communications are sent to you through the third-party supplier TinyLetter (owned by Mailchimp).  You can view their privacy policy here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/  You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email.

By submitting your details in any of our online forms, you have given us your consent to hold and use the information above for the purpose of communicating with you. 

Your personal information is held and used by us only for Connecting 2 Culture ministry related purposes.  We will never share your information with others unless required by law to do so.

You have the right to request us to:

  1. Provide you with details of your personal data that we hold.
  2. Correct any of your personal data.
  3. Delete your personal data, subject to any legal or administrative requirements necessitating us to retain that data.

You have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority if you believe that we are using, retaining or securing your personal data inappropriately.
